📦 Product Type

This policy applies to all digital software products, including downloadable installers, activation keys, and cloud-based services sold via Razorpay on our platform.


✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: You were charged more than once for the same software license.
  2. Non-Delivery of Product: You did not receive your product download or activation key within 48 hours, and our support team could not resolve the issue.
  3. Critical Technical Issue: The software has a verified technical failure that prevents core features from working, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your system (if system requirements were met)
  • Lack of product knowledge or misuse
  • Minor bugs or future feature requests
  • Delayed usage or disinterest after activation
  • Services that have already been rendered or licenses that have been activated

  • Purchase Date
  • Reason for Refund

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


💰 Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed through Razorpay within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
